TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General By purchasing from NevRepairs, you agree to these terms. NevRepairs is a Singapore-based controller repair and customisation business operating at Blk 175B Punggol Field, Singapore.

2. Custom Controllers All custom controllers are hand-built to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Each controller is upgraded with Hall Effect or TMR anti-drift joysticks and built with precise components.

3. Repair Services Bring your controller to our shop at Blk 175B Punggol Field. We aim to complete most repairs within 30 minutes. For warranty repairs, photo or video evidence of the issue is required before we can accept the claim.

4. Warranty All repairs and replacements come with a 6-month warranty covering only the specific part that was repaired or replaced. Physical destruction, liquid damage, or unauthorised third-party repairs will void the warranty. For joystick warranty replacements, the standard replacement will be the Ginfull Hall Effect joystick. 5. Pricing All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). NevRepairs reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Liability NevRepairs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price.
