Refund & Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage All products purchased from NevRepairs come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.
How to Claim Warranty
- Take a clear photo or video of the issue before contacting us
- WhatsApp us at +65 9181-8522 with the evidence
- We will assess the issue and advise next steps
- If approved, bring your controller to our shop at Blk 175B Punggol Field for repair
Warranty Exclusions The warranty will not be honored under the following conditions:
- Physical destruction or damage caused by dropping, impact, liquid damage, or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Normal wear and tear (scratched shells, worn grips, etc.)
- Damage caused by use outside of intended purpose
Refunds As all controllers are custom-built to order, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence and we will make it right.
