SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All custom controllers are hand-built to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. In-stock items and joystick upgrade kits are dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm SGT.
Domestic Shipping (Singapore) Free tracked delivery on all orders within Singapore via Singpost or private courier. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Self Collection You are welcome to collect your order in person at our shop: Blk 175B Punggol Field, Singapore Open daily from 12pm. Morning collection by appointment — WhatsApp us at +65 9181-8522 to arrange.
International Shipping (Southeast Asia) We ship to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- All international orders are tracked
- Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo or video immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +65 9181-8522. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
